Ordering and Manufacturing Timeline

• The production timeline depends on the complexity of the jewelry and whether it is a custom order.
• Production can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months.
• The exact timeline will be discussed with you via email during the order confirmation process.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options. Delivery times depend on the courier, not the store:

• FedEx International
• Boxberry (available to selected countries)
• CDEK (available to selected countries)

Delivery usually starts from 5 business days. Shipments are processed from our warehouse in Yerevan, Armenia. The actual delivery time will vary based on the courier and customs processes in the destination country.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You can cancel or request a refund only if the order is in the following statuses:
  • Awaiting Payment
  • Awaiting Confirmation
• If the order has been confirmed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
• For ready-made jewelry, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
  • In perfect, unworn condition
  • Returned with its original packaging
• Shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not include the original delivery fee or the cost of return shipping.

User-Generated Content

Any audio, video, text, images, or other material you submit to the website is considered “Your Content.” By posting your content, you confirm that it belongs to you and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
