Ars Longa Jewels Return Policy
Introduction: At Ars Longa Jewels, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. While each jeweler on our shop may have their own return policy, the following outlines our general return guidelines.
Return Eligibility:
- Notification Period: If you are unhappy with your purchase of ready-made items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Exclusions: Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for return. Cases involving size mismatches are also not considered for returns.
- Return Form: Please fill out the Return Form included with your delivery to initiate the return process.
Shipping and Handling:
- US Customers: You will receive a prepaid shipping label for returning your item.
- International Returns: International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, in coordination with the jeweler and shop manager. Note that customers from all other countries, except Germany, will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
- Germany Exclusion: Due to complex local customs procedures, returns from Germany are not accepted.
Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please follow the provided return link to generate a return label. For orders under $400.00, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. For orders over $400.00, or for international returns, Ars Longa Jewels, in collaboration with the jeweler, will cover the return shipping costs. - Confirmation of Receipt: You will receive an email confirmation from Ars Longa Jewels once your refund or store credit has been processed.
- Tracking Your Return: To track your return back to our office, note the tracking number on the label and enter it in the applicable tracking page.

Ars Longa Jewels Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Standard Returns: Returns initiated within 14 days after delivery are eligible for a refund.
- Post-14 Day Returns: For returns initiated after 14 days but within 90 days, store credit will be issued.
Refund Processing:
- Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after being received at our headquarters in Yerevan, Armenia.
Shipping Refunds:
- Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
- For international orders, return shipping is not covered and shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns:
- Direct exchanges are not offered. For size changes or different items, we provide store credit upon processing your return, which can be used for repurchasing.
- We offer an Express Pre-Paid label with DHL for international returns at a discounted rate, deducted from your refund upon consent.
Return Notification:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. A refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
Custom and One-of-a-Kind Pieces:
- All sales of customized and One of a Kind pieces are final. Deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable.
- Complimentary resizing is available for rings, with shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Rings can be resized up or down by one whole size to maintain the integrity of the piece.
Shipping Responsibility:
- For sending back items, please use a shipping method you trust. Ars Longa Jewels is not responsible for items lost in transit.
